Shipping Locations

The Next Pair delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from The Next Pair, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival. If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or courier depot. At The Next Pair, we currently do NOT accept international orders.

Signing for deliveries

To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with pick-up options. However, you may choose to have your shipment left without a signature by selecting “Authority to Leave” (e.g. in a safe place out of the weather). You will have the option to select “Authority to Leave” at checkout. If this option is selected, the driver has been given permission to leave the goods in an area they deem to be safe. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (or just $10.95 for orders under $50). We also offer an Express 4-hour delivery in the Sydney metro area, this option is available at an additional cost of $13.95 and will only appear in checkout if the delivery address is eligible. 


4-Hour Delivery Sydney

We offer express delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area in just 4 hours via Want It Now! Simply place your order between 9am and 1pm (Sydney time, AEDT) on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and select the 4 hour delivery option during the checkout process. Depending on your area, some orders may take additional time to deliver and we’ll let you know if this is the case. Orders must be placed by 1pm for delivery by 6pm on the same day. When choosing this option we do ask customers to be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: traffic and road blocks).

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We start processing and packing your order as soon as you checkout. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, The Next Pair will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.
All dispatch times exclude weekends, The Next Pair operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The Next Pair aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. See below for our delivery time guidelines.

Order tracking

Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers including Australia Post, Toll, AAE and Want It Now – depending on your item’s origin and your choice of delivery method. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.


Returns Policy

We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with the fit of your new shoes. So if they’re anything short of perfect, simply send them back. The Next Pair has a 30 day Australia wide shipping returns/exchange policy for all online purchases, provided the items are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

A few things to be mindful of when returning or exchanging shoes.

- The branded box is just as important as the shoes themselves, so please do not alter or tamper with it in any way. Do not attach shipping forms, tape or mark the box. Doing so can result in your return being rejected.
- We are unable to accept shoes returned with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time you do wear socks and test them out on carpet, especially on lighter colour shoes for precautionary reasons.
- We recommend you send your parcel via Registered Post. This ensures the parcel is assigned a tracking number so we can safely track your return parcel's journey back to us. Please drop your return off at any Australia Post office.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns for change of mind, size or item exchanges. We will only cover the cost of return postage if we have shipped you the wrong items or if any items are faulty.

 NOTE: Paypal is offering free returns for orders made with Paypal, see details below.



If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund. Simply return your unwanted shoes to us unworn, in their original condition including original shoe box within 30 days from the date of dispatch together with a completed copy of our online returns form.

To return for a refund, simply:
1. Pack up your unworn shoes into its original shoe box.
2. Place the shoe box with the unworn shoes into another carton.
3. Clearly label the carton with our return address.
4. Clearly mark the external carton with your order number to ensure prompt processing of your return.
5. Drop the carton off at your nearest post office for collection (we recommend returning to us via Registered Post).

Returns may take up to 2-4 business days to reach our warehouse. Once we have received the return, your refund will be processed in 1-3 business days. Refunds are always processed and credited to the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal). Please also allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back into your account.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.



Shoe sizing is really confusing, even for us at The Next Pair. There is no universal size guide, every model or make is different, and no one foot is the same. If the shoes you have purchased just don’t fit you perfectly, an exchange to the correct size won’t be a problem. Simply return your incorrect sized shoes to us unworn, in its original condition including original shoe box within 30 days from the date of dispatch. 

To return for an exchange in size:
1. Complete a copy of The Next Pair's online returns form and email it back to Please ensure your exchange adheres to our returns policy.
2. Pack up your unworn shoes into its original branded shoe box and place this into another carton.
3. Clearly mark the external carton with your order number to ensure prompt processing of your return.
4. Drop the carton off at your nearest post office for collection (we recommend returning to us via Registered Post).

Returns may take up to 2-4 business days to reach our warehouse. Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days from the day we receive the returned shoes. Once the exchange has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, the customer will receive an email notification with tracking details.
Please note that all exchanges which were ordered using the 4 hour Want It Now or express shipping service will have their exchange returned using our standard method of delivery. Should the size you request for an exchange not be available, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. Please refer to our refunds process if this is the case.


Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team at, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note, we may ask you for a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.


Wrong Item Received

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team at who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
