Delivery Locations

The Next Pair delivers Australia wide. To guarantee safe arrival of your order from The Next Pair, please specify a delivery address which will be manned during business hours as your delivery requires a signature upon arrival. If no one is present to accept your delivery, a card will be left for you and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or courier depot. At The Next Pair, we currently do NOT accept international orders.


Signing for deliveries

To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with pick-up options. However, you may choose to have your shipment left without a signature by selecting “Authority to Leave” (e.g. in a safe place out of the weather). You will have the option to select “Authority to Leave” at checkout. If this option is selected, the driver has been given permission to leave the goods in an area they deem to be safe. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

 

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (or just $4.95 for orders under $100). We also offer an Same Day Express delivery service in the Sydney metro area, this option is available at an additional cost of $15.95 and will only appear in checkout if the delivery post code is eligible.

 

Same Day Delivery Sydney

We offer express delivery to the Sydney metropolitan area (for eligible post codes) in 4-6 hours via Startrack Courier! Simply place your order before 11am (Sydney time, AEDT) Monday - Thursday, 10am on Friday  (Sydney time, AEDT) on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and select the same day delivery option during the checkout process. Depending on your area, some orders may take additional time to deliver and we’ll let you know if this is the case. Orders must be placed by 11am for delivery by 6pm on the same day.

Please note: When choosing this option we do ask customers to be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: traffic and road blocks).

 

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We start processing and packing your order as soon as you checkout. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, The Next Pair will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours.
All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays. The Next Pair operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

 

Delivery Times

The Next Pair aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. See below for our delivery time guidelines. Please note during peak shopping periods such as Christmas, Australia Post or Startrack can delay delivery by upto 8 business days.

Order tracking

Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers Australia Post or Startrack – depending on your item’s origin and your choice of delivery method. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.
